Rescue: You may previously have had a bad experience with technical writers, and your sales and support teams are struggling as a result. Bad tech documentation slows down technical sales, creates unnecessary load on sales engineers and support staff, and will inevitably cause frustration both within your business and across your customer base – both existing and potential! We will assess your existing customer facing documentation, engage with your teams not only to identify innacuracy, but understand what your customers actually need to know and how best to present it.

Start from scratch: It’s very common for new tech businesses to be so focused on thier product, the customer facing documentation has either been left behind or does not even exist yet. We can build your docs from the ground up, and present them on a dedicated documentation site. We can then continue to manage your docs, or hand them and our well tried documentation process over to your own technical writer.

Strategy only: We can assess your current documentation strategy, and help your existing tech writers to streamline how they operate by understanding how your business operates, then putting together a documentation strategy and getting the buy-in and formal approval of your stakeholders. This will give your existing tech writer the tools to navigate your business going forward.

Doc tools only: We are experts in setting up documentation site using the industry leading combination of docusaurus and netlify. We can set up your docs system and train your existing tech writer how to use it, which can include assisting them to migrate your existing docs onto the new platfrom – we can even help with design.

Embedded tech writer: By combining the above and packaging it into a longer term engagement, we can not only provide you with an excellent documentation site, but we can also provide you with a dedicated tech writer who will keep up to date with your progress and be ready to update your docs along with your release schedule.

API portal: As well as describing your product and how customer devops can work with it, we can also embed Open API Specifications directly in the technical docs site. This negates the need for a separate API or developers portal, as the specs can be viewed, and calls actively tried out directly on the docs site.
